1. Before the Appointment
1.1 Appointment Confirmation and Deposit
1.1.1 After an appointment has been agreed upon with the client, a deposit of €100 is required. This secures the appointment and will be deducted from the total tattoo price on the day of the tattoo.
1.1.2 The deposit covers preliminary work, such as consultation, appointment scheduling, and creating the desired design. It also serves as a cancellation fee if the appointment is missed. The deposit must be received no later than 5 business days after confirmation, otherwise, the appointment will be forfeited.
1.1.3 A legally binding contract is created once the tattoo design is commissioned and an appointment between the tattoo artist and the client is set.
1.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling
1.2.1 If the client cannot attend, they must notify the tattoo artist in writing at least 48 hours prior. The deposit can then be applied to a rescheduled appointment.
1.2.2 If the client cancels after the 48-hour window, the deposit is forfeited, even for a rescheduled appointment.
1.2.3 The deposit is never refunded, even if cancellation occurs more than 48 hours in advance, as it covers time and creative effort spent on the design.
1.2.4 Appointment rescheduling is allowed only once; after that, the deposit is forfeited.
1.2.5 In case of pregnancy, the deposit can be issued as a voucher.
1.2.6 If the appointment is postponed due to the artist’s illness, the deposit is transferred to the new date.
1.3 Client Health
1.3.1 Clients must disclose relevant health information (e.g., allergies, skin conditions, medications).
1.3.2 The tattoo artist may reschedule or refuse an appointment if the client’s health could compromise safety.
1.3.3 Clients must arrive well-rested, healthy, and sober, and should eat a balanced meal beforehand.
1.3.4 At least one day before the appointment, avoid alcohol, caffeine, drugs, and blood-thinning medications. Avoid tanning beds, self-tanning creams, and direct sunlight one week prior. Do not take corticosteroids or antibiotics.
1.3.5 If a client cannot physically or health-wise attend the appointment and must leave, 50% of the agreed tattoo price is charged as a cancellation fee.
1.4 Clothing
The tattoo artist is not liable for stains on clothing, shoes, or bags. Clients are advised to wear old or dark clothing and shoes.
1.5 Tattoo Design
1.5.1 The design will be reviewed and discussed during the appointment.
1.5.2 Minor requested changes will be considered.
1.5.3 Significant changes may incur extra costs, which will be discussed beforehand.
1.5.4 Design changes can be made up to one week before the appointment. Last-minute changes may require rescheduling, and the deposit is retained.
1.5.5 The tattoo artist is not liable for misspelled text. The client must check all text before tattooing.
1.5.6 The studio reserves the right to refuse requests for designs, especially political or stylistically inappropriate content.
1.6 Minimum Age
Only clients 18 years and older may be tattooed. Booking and confirmation confirm the client is at least 18.

2.4.2 Companions may unintentionally influence the client’s decision-making.
